How does airport pickup work?
For MCO and SFB arrivals, your chauffeur will monitor your flight and meet you inside the terminal or at the designated meeting point. Meet & Greet at MCO is available for Executive Sedan, Premium SUV, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. You will receive your driver’s contact details before your pickup.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Child seats are available upon request. Please include your child’s age and weight when booking so we can prepare the appropriate seat.

What vehicles do you offer?
Our fleet includes luxury sedans, spacious SUVs, and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for groups of up to 14 passengers. We will recommend the best option based on your group size and luggage.
Can I add a stop to my trip?
Yes. Stops can be added when booking or requested in advance. Additional stops and waiting time may involve an extra charge.
How much complimentary waiting time is included?
We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for domestic airport arrivals, 60 minutes for international airport arrivals, and 15 minutes for hotel and other non-airport pickups. Additional waiting time is charged at $1 per minute after the complimentary period.
Do you offer hourly service?
Yes. Hourly service is available for business meetings, events, shopping, dining, and flexible itineraries. A 2-hour minimum applies.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. Cash payment may also be available when arranged in advance.
